A key component of Victoria's plumbing regulatory system is that all licensed persons must be covered by the "required insurance" - before the Plumbing Industry Commission may issue or renew a licence.

To apply for new insurance you will find an Insurance Proposal Form enclosed for your completion.

You can then email, fax or post us the proposal to obtain the relevant insurance cover.
